Return or Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We will ensure that you LOVE your prints!

The following terms apply to all Pritnifacts products in case of returns

RETURNS, If the product received by you is damaged or defective:
If any product delivered to you is damaged during delivery or is defective due to any printing error, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. You will not have to pay any return shipping charges or replacement charges. You will not have to mail back us your order for returns or exchanges. Just consider not discarding your items until we confirm your returns or exchange completely.

RETURNS, If you simply do not LOVE your prints:

PLEASE NOTE: Returns apply only to art print items. Unframed original artworks can be returned.

Custom Photo frame items (where the customer uploads his/her own picture and we print, and frame as per order) and framed original artworks are not eligible for returns. Also, the Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns.

The customer is required to ship the artwork to us at our return shipping address. To be eligible for a refund, the returned artwork should be in clean and original condition, exactly as it was delivered to you.

Upon receipt of the returned product Printifacts will check the condition of the artwork before issuing a refund/replacement. The artwork will not be eligible for a refund in case it is returned with damages.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of the receipt of the product returned. Please refer to section 5 of the terms of use for detailed procedures and policy
